2. Description of Service

Viewlyt provides an AI-powered platform for creating video slideshows from product URLs, with TikTok and Instagram publishing integration. The service includes:

  • AI slideshow generation from product pages
  • Reusable slideshow templates
  • TikTok and Instagram scheduling and publishing
  • Analytics on published content

3. Account Terms

To use Viewlyt, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Be responsible for maintaining account security
  • Notify us of any unauthorized account usage

4. Subscription and Billing

Our subscription terms are as follows:

  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis based on your selected plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Usage credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record

5. Platform Integration Terms

When using our TikTok and Instagram integrations:

  • You authorize Viewlyt to publish and schedule content to your connected accounts
  • You remain responsible for compliance with TikTok’s and Instagram’s Terms of Service
  • You maintain full ownership of all content published through our service
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Viewlyt account settings
  • You can also revoke access directly from each platform’s app permissions settings

6. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create using Viewlyt. By using the service, you represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Viewlyt to:

  • Generate or publish illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Violate TikTok’s or Instagram’s terms of service or community guidelines
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
  • Generate spam or content intended to harm others

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Make changes to the service at our discretion

9. Intellectual Property

The Viewlyt name, logo, and underlying software are protected. Users retain all rights to their created content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Viewlyt’s intellectual property to you.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that publishing through our service will achieve any particular result on TikTok or Instagram.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewlyt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Viewlyt in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
