We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our service:

Name, email address, and profile image
User ID provided by Google when you sign in
TikTok and Instagram account identifiers and access tokens (only when you connect an account)
Billing details such as plan and payment status — we do not store card numbers

This information is used to associate the content you create with your account and to facilitate payments and publishing.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing our service:

To create and manage your account
To generate AI-powered slideshows from your product URLs
To publish and schedule content to TikTok and Instagram on your behalf
To process payments and manage your subscription or credits
To provide customer support

3. TikTok & Instagram integration

When you grant us permission to access your TikTok or Instagram account, we only use that access to publish and schedule content on your behalf. We do not:

Post any content without your explicit permission
Access personal data beyond what is needed for publishing and analytics
Like, follow, comment, or interact with content on your behalf
Edit or delete your existing posts

By using our TikTok integration, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. By signing into Viewlyt with Google, you are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Authorized data access and token handling

Viewlyt accesses authorized data solely for publishing and scheduling content on your behalf. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored securely. They are decrypted only at the moment needed to make an authorized API call.

You can revoke Viewlyt’s access to your TikTok or Instagram account at any time from your account settings. You can also revoke access directly from each platform’s app permissions settings. Upon disconnecting, we promptly delete all associated tokens.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Your data is kept strictly for use within our product.

6. Data storage and security

Your information is stored securely in our database and will not be transferred outside our system unless you request deletion of your account and associated data. TikTok and Instagram tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted when you disconnect an account or delete your Viewlyt account.

7. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies to track users across the web. We use analytics tools to monitor feature usage within the application for the purpose of improving user experience. This information is kept internal and is not sold or shared with any third parties.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data. To exercise this right, please contact us using the information below.

9. Children

Viewlyt is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Viewlyt.
